47 projects with a total budget of 48.1 million PLN will be carried out by researchers from all over the world. They will move to Poland under the POLONEZ BIS 3 call.
230 proposals were submitted in the recently concluded third call under POLONEZ BIS programme. Following the eligibility check and evaluation by international experts and reviewers, 47 projects were recommended for funding. The call’s success rate is 20.4%. NCN will fund 23 (49%) projects in Physical Sciences and Engineering, 12 (25.5%) in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and 12 (25.5%) in Life Sciences.
Scientists awarded under the POLONEZ BIS 3 call will move to Poland from all over the world, from countries such as India, USA, United Kingdom, Italy, Singapore, Sweden, Israel, Estonia, Turkey, Czechia, Australia and many others. The National Science Centre and the European Commission have committed a total of 48.1 million PLN to fund projects in this call.
