Short summary of activities and expertiseI am a Research Scholar with hands-on experience in synthesizing different types of nanomaterials varying from transition metal oxides and sulphides to various types of 2D nanomaterials like graphitic carbon nitride and graphene oxide (synthesis, exfoliation and surface functionalization). Along with the above, expertise is also gained in the Development of heterojunction photocatalysts (nanomaterial-based). This found applications in Photocatalytic generation of hydrogen using water splitting, Solar driven biomass-derivatives oxidation coupled with hydrogen generation, Photocatalytic organic transformations, Biomass conversion etc.
