My PhD work focused on immune checkpoint blockade and T cell exhaustion in primary and metastatic brain tumors. Currently, my postdoctoral work is elucidating novel mechanisms of T cell based immunotherapy, particularly in the absence of MHC Class 1 on tumor cells. |
