| Short summary of activities and expertise | Yukun Liu obtained PhD in Shandong Agricultural University in 2011, based on work of protein phosphorylation signaling in crop maize. Liu completed post-doctoral training at the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA, in 2015-2017, where he worked on protein phosphorylation (MAPK) signaling and crosstalk with reactive oxygen species (ROS) in Arabidopsis thaliana. Liu hold the position of Professor at Southwest Forestry University since 2019. Currently, Liu is a visiting researcher at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway, planned to Sep. 2021. Yukun Liu is interested in plant ROS signaling and protein phosphorylation in model plants and crops. |
