We would like to announce that the Kick-off Meeting for Fellows and Mentors starting their POLONEZ BIS projects between March and July 2023 will be held on 19-20 June 2023. We also invite those who could not attend the previous kick-off meeting in December.
The two-day event, planned in the lunch-to-lunch formula, will take place at the National Science Centre’s (NCN) headquarters in Krakow and will be the first networking opportunity for the researchers.
Please note:
- 1. NCN covers the cost of accommodation and meals for Fellows and their Mentors for the duration of the event (from 19 to 20 of June 2023, one hotel night, single room, breakfast included).
- 2. the costs of your travel to and from Krakow are eligible as direct costs of business trips of the POLONEZ BIS project.
- 3. NCN does not cover any costs related to extensions of your stay or other persons who may accompany you on this trip (e.g. children, family members, colleagues, etc.)
We are planning to open the registration for the event by the end of April.
